Parental Notice

Kids under 13 years old MUST be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

Arcadia Evolutions strives to maintains a safe and family-friendly atmosphere.  As such, we ask all children under the age of 13 to be accompanied and supervised by an adult.  At Arcadia Evolutions, It is our policy that all children under the age of 13 wishing to play games rated for teens and all children under the age of 17 wishing to play mature games have their parent sign a parental release form.

If you would like to restrict the games that your child can play we will be happy to comply. Simply let a staff member know and we will permanently mark the account.  However, because of the community nature of a game center and the openness of our store, it is still possible that your child will have some exposure to these games by watching other players. We also encourage parents to stay and watch or play the games with their kids.

About the ESRB

The Entertainment Software Rating Board is a self-regulatory body for the video game and entertainment industry. Retailers can use the ESRB ratings as a tool to voluntarily adopt individual company policies regarding video game rental and sales.  These ratings are intended for isolated and offline useage. 

Under each ESRB rating it is clearly stated that the game rating does not apply to online usage (either internet or other multiplayer environment). Arcadia Evolutions is a multiplayer environment which is meant to encourage team play and 'online' gaming.

Please note, we will make every reasonable effort to enforce this policy but we have no way to prevent a minor from signing up with a new account under a different name which is not notated. It is the sole responsibility of each parent to monitor and assist their minor in their game selection activities.
